Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Leonid Haimov, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Israel, trading as Softaleo ("we", "us"). We run hashkit.dev and the apps published under the HashKit name. Contact: support@hashkit.dev.

These terms cover the website hashkit.dev (the "Site") and its free quick tools. By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Each app published under HashKit is a separate service with its own terms of service and privacy policy. Those govern your use of that app, including its account, plans and billing:

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle sells you the plan, takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT, sends receipts and invoices, and processes refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase, alongside the app's own terms.

Current prices are on our pricing page. Our refund policy explains the free first month, how to cancel, and when you get your money back.

The quick tools are free, need no account, and run entirely in your browser: what you type into them is not sent to us. They are provided as is. We try to make them correct, but we don't guarantee that their results are accurate or complete, so check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Please don't:

• use the Site for anything illegal;
• try to break, overload or interfere with the Site;
• scrape or copy the Site in bulk with automated tools;
• upload or send viruses or other malicious code.

The Site, its design, text and code belong to Leonid Haimov. You may use the Site and the tools freely for personal and commercial work. What you put into the tools, and what they produce from it, is yours.

The Site and the quick tools are free and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the Site will always be available or free of errors. This does not affect any warranty or guarantee that the law gives you and that can't be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, arising from your use of the free Site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and nothing in them takes away your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

We may change, add or remove quick tools, or stop running the Site. Paid app plans are governed by each app's terms, which say what happens to a plan if an app changes.

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date and don't apply to anything that happened before it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts in Israel.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
